January the month of children

The children are the life of the society . it is impossible to think about a society without children . we the lourdern family set apart the enter January for the children.

This month is filled with joy and happiness . there are different kinds of progrmmes for the children . this is a time for prayer , study, singing , playing, and starting friendship.

Programmes

Many progrmmes are arranged for the children. All the programmes aim to make the children live in such a manner that is pleasing to both god and man.

Camp

There are two camps in this month , camp for the seniors and camp for the juniors. Children of 8 th , 9 th and 10 th classes participate in the seniors’ camp and in the juniors’ camp students of 5 th , 6 th and 7 th participate. Camps are for two days . . it starts on Saturday morning and ends on Sunday evening . there is time for confession and counseling ,prayer play and study. The parents of all camp members come together one day and there is a seminar for them.

Lourdien jewels day

All the children of lourdien family come together and go to a place and spend one day in prayer ,play and making merry .

Kids’ day

This is the day for the kids of the lourdien family. All the children up to 4 th standard take part in celebrations . Sweets are distributed and music is played for our kids
